Life is hard; we have to navigate through many life challenges and sometimes we aren't equipped to handle these difficulties on our own to realize our full potential. Let me help you learn, heal, and grow to be your best self! I want you to be able to embark on your own journey after learning how to hone in on your strengths, heal from your past, and be empowered to take on your future.

I have extensive clinical and professional experience working with and helping people who have a history or struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. I have been dedicated to the mental health field for the past 10 years providing therapeutic services in a nonjudgmental and safe environment. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Evidenced Based Practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Approach and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for short-term, solution-focused therapy and longer-term therapy.

Starting this journey can be intimidating, overwhelming, and nerve-wracking. You have made it this far and you should be proud of yourself. Sometimes we need a lending hand, listening ear, and guidance to know it is okay to ask for that help. I encourage you to reach out to me email or phone so we can set up a time to meet and start that journey together.

About Me

Welcome and thank you for visiting my page! My name is Caitlin Cork and I am look forward to getting to know you.  Since I will be learning a lot about you and your family, I wanted to take some time to let you know about myself!

My husband and I have two beautiful daughters who are the light of our eye. They keep me on my toes and challenge me everyday as a mom! Along with two daughters, we are a dog family with two Rottweilers. I love spending time with my family, being active, adventurous, traveling and cooking. As a former college athlete, I find working out to be essential to my own mental health. I try to incorporate an active lifestyle and listen to my body in my daily routine.

Therapy is vital to everyday life, even if you are in the maintenance stage! Everyone can benefit from seeking a therapist, even us therapist. Thank you for visiting my page and I look forward to talking with you!
